I don’t know about you but I feel at my best physically and mentally when I travel. Free from my everyday routine, no reports, no meetings, just create beautiful memories with the one that you love, and Oh also eat.

Although it’s been scientifically proven that travelling is good for your health why is it that Insurance company doesn’t cover this type of therapy?, but kidding aside I really wish employer provides free travel to their employee, A place of my choice of course

Besides the obvious fact that travel relieves stress, lowers depression and boost happiness my personal experience showed me more than those beautiful landscape, skyscraper and beaches. I’ve seen different culture, different environment, different way of life – “A Different Perspective”

Gratitude is defined as the quality of being thankful, I’m not suggesting that we all should be contented on what we have or be complacent of our current situation – Don’t fall for that it’s a brainwash by oligarch (mostly politician) to make the poor poorer. It’s me saying work hard and reach for your dreams but have a Hakuna Matata mindset, Oh yes it’s a Lion King reference, go and watch the film and you’ll know what I mean 🙂

Look. Travelling wont make you stronger physically, you wont be a muscle man nor a marathoner but one thing is for sure it will make you mentally resilient.
